From the beginning, Klaussner has prided itself in custom order capabilities and with the company offering more than 700 styles, 1,100 fabric choices and over 100 leathers, plus the fastest delivery times in the industry on custom orders, consumers can have what they want, how they want it, when they want it. With multiple U.S. manufacturing and distribution facilities quick shipping is guaranteed. The headquarters, showroom, and several manufacturing and distribution facilities are located in Asheboro, NC. Other manufacturing service centers are located in La Mirada, California and Milford, Iowa.

Klaussner’s warranty changes from item to item but in general products come with a limited lifetime warranty on frames, springs and down blend seat cushions, a 2 year warranty on sleeper mechanisms, and mattresses, and a 1 year warranty on fabric and leathers.
